Rock Climbing
I have been rock-climbing since October 1999. I like it. Really like. It brings force, accuracy and softness of movements. It is a harmonious kind of sports. It develops equally all groups of muscles. And it's safe enough, contrary to the usual opinion. I can't call it extreme, unlike mountain climbing. This one is more dangerous. We climb not high steep rocks. Often they are artificial. One route lasts a few minutes if it's for complexity and a few seconds if for speed. And mountain climbers pass the route with their big bags for a few hours up to several days.
